What is it you're worried about?

Anxiety
May be associated with some or all of the following symptoms:

  • Palpitations, pounding heart, or accelerated heart rate

  • Sweating

  • Trembling or shaking

  • Sensations of shortness of breath or smothering

  • Feeling of choking

  • Chest pain or discomfort

  • Nausea or abdominal distress

  • Feeling dizzy, unsteady, light headed or faint

  • Feelings of unreality or feeling detached from oneself

  • Fear of losing control or going crazy

  • Fear of dying

  • Numbness or tingling sensations

  • Chills or hot flushes

Depression

May be associated with some or all of the following symptoms:

  • Poor appetite or overeating

  • Insomnia or hypersomnia

  • Low self esteem

  • Low energy or fatigue

  • Feeling hopeless

  • Poor concentration span

  • Relationship problems

  • Difficulty maintaining relationships with partners, siblings or friends

Marriage difficulties

Experiencing negative communication and feelings of wanting to end the marriage. Difficulty in having a sexual relationship due to a past experience which has caused fear

Loss and Grief
May be associated with some or all of the following symptoms:

  • Poor appetite or overeating

  • Insomnia 

  • Low self esteem

  • Low energy or fatigue

  • Feeling hopeless
